ATTENTION!! All athletes MUST have a current USA Lacrosse Membership in order to practice/play.

Notice: All players will have to upload proof of age on the USA Lacrosse website when purchasing or renewing a membership.
We have 4 age group teams available: Bantam, Lightning, Juniors and Seniors.
- Bantam team is for our Kindergarten-Second grade players
- Lightning team is for third and fourth-grade players
- Juniors' team is for fifth and sixth-grade players
- The senior team is for our seventh and eighth-grade players
All teams will have a mix of brand new players, intermediate and some advanced players. We make sure that Coaches are able to work with players at all levels.
Practice Information
All age groups will practice at Forest City Elementary School fields (1010 Sand Lake Rd, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714) on Wednesdays from 4:30 - 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 - 10:30 AM (11 for older teams) starting on Wednesday, January 21st. Once games begin, Saturday practices will stop for 5th-8th-grade teams.

*Locations and times are TBA for the Spring 2026 season. Check the Florida Lacrosse Association website for the most up-to-date information on the game schedules. Information will be shared with registered families as soon as it becomes available.
In previous years, the Junior/Senior (5-8th grade) teams have played on either of the following fields:
Austin Tindal Sports Complex, RD Keene Park, North East Regional Park (NERP) & Sylvan Lake Park.
Bantam/Lightning (K-4th grade) teams will have played at Ward Park and on Showalter Field.
