Fall Preseason Clinics:

• Cost- FREE!
• Dates-Saturday, August 23 & August 30th 
• Time-9:00-10:30am
  
• Location-Forest City Elementary School, Altamonte Springs (on the fields behind the school)
• The August 30th clinic will be run by Coach Kai with My Lax Academy!

These clinics are intended for newer players of the sport to come out and learn about the sport. Our coaches will run some fun drills and teach the basics of lacrosse. No equipment is necessary, as we will have sticks to lend out for these sessions. Just bring your water bottle and some friends!

We invite our current Bulldogs players to step up as the leaders we know you are and help mentor our newer players. Your guidance and experience can make all the difference!

If you are interested in getting in some additional trainings/clinics we recommend visiting My Lax Academy website. We work closely with Coach Kai Libby and his team to provide clinics for our players from time to time. Coach Kai is an experienced lacrosse player and coach that has a passion to teach players how to improve their game. Many of our current Bulldogs attend Coach Kai's trainings which are advertised on his website under the Camps and Clinics tab. Coach Kai is also available for small group and one on one sessions.
