Practice Information

All age groups will practice at Forest City Elementary (1010 Sand Lake Rd, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714) starting on January 11th.

Wednesdays from 4:30 P M - 6:00 PM
Saturdays from 9:00 AM-10:30 AM

** Once games begin, Saturday practices will stop and we will begin Thursday Practices 5:30 to 6:30 PM
